I. Responsibilities:


- Achieve the Sales Target of the Mekong’s goal.

- Create robust and sustainable channels for growth through acquisition of new business partners and driving increased penetration with existing business partners.

- Building, managing, and maintaining relationships with key distributors and seeking out new profitable partnerships for the future.

- Delivering the highest quality and relevant product and sales training program to business partners.

- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of communication messages to all appropriate levels within business partners.

- Support the department on day-to-day enquiries on products, illustrations, and sales techniques.

- Active member of the TLB Mekong management team in sales related projects to drive distributions to achieve sales results.

- Lead, manage and coach the Sales and Distribution team in Mekong to enhance the team capabilities and achievement of goals.

- Keep up to date with major developments related to products offered and significant changes in the insurance market.

- Handle special projects and other assignments as delegated.


II. Requirement:


- Proactive, result oriented, with can-do attitude and capacity to think out of the box.

- Possess a degree qualification and having insurance related professional qualification will be an added advantage.

- At Least 5 years of sales and staff management experience within the life insurance sector displaying a high degree of leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Have superior market insight, product knowledge and know-how of the high-net-worth insurance products (PA, CL, Vehicle...) with demonstrated experience in training and coaching and have an excellent understanding of products with sound sales techniques.

- Able to communicate well with both internal and external (intermediary) clients

- Have good organization skill and be meticulous paying attention to details, and able to perform under pressure

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Words, PowerPoint

- Demonstrate/Embed Aegon Leadership Commitments
