• Carry on claim process from claim process to the end of claim release.

• Participating on New business from start to end

• Monitoring on new business process including underwriting and keep follow up from various partner

• Technically involve with insurance department

• Close follow up with partner on required documents for insurance policy registration into system

• Deal with external entities to ensure smooth operation process

• Participating on issuing quotation for sales team and related parties

• Keep follow up with Sale Department to make payment and to insure smooth operation process

• Prepare monthly report for insurance department

• Other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent

• Experience in insurance sector is an advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with tight deadline

• Willingness to learn and work in team

• Proficient in verbal and written English and Khmer and written English and Khmer.
