- Lead and responsible for the sales and marketing strategy of all distributionchannels (Financial Institutions, Corporate/Alternate, & Agency) to consistentlyachieve or annual and quarterly sales targets across all insurance product lines.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on insurance products, salestechniques, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence.

- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term, and trust-based relationships withkey strategic partners (e.g., Financial Institutions, NGOs, INGOs, Healthcare andEducation service providers) and direct sale to individual.

- Oversee and optimize the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation andqualification through sophisticated pipeline management to successful deal closure,ensuring highly efficient and effective processes.

- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sale & Marketing,Finance & Banking, or a closely related field.

- Attainment of professional insurance certifications or advanced sales managementtraining is a significant advantage.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the insurance or financialservices industry, a minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically inManagement role within the insurance industry.

- Certifications in microinsurance, or financial inclusion are highly valued.

- A strong, demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding aggressive salestargets and driving substantial, measurable revenue growth.

- Extensive experience in effectively managing, developing, and motivating a sizableand diverse sales team.
